I love storytelling. And animals.

As a teenager I read good old Stephen King late at night. Nowadays I admire Stewart O'Nan, Philip Roth, Raymond Carver and many other great authors. I love books. I love stories. That's why I studied at the New York Film Academy. "Make the audience care!", that's what they taught us. And that's what I try to accomplish. I love commercials with humour and I love working with kids and animals.

And now. Here I am. Writing and directing for cinema as well as for clients such as IWC Schaffhausen, HEAD, United Nations, Swatch or Ricola. In my career I had the honor of recieving Advertising Awards as well as Awards for my Feature Films.
But honor alone doesn't fulfill you. At the end of the day, you have to love what you do. And you have to be thankful. And treat all people with great respect.
